Recent MRI research shows that mindfulness can change our brains so we can derail the overthinking: In a 2008 study, researchers at Justus Liebig University in Germany found that mindful meditation not only change the brain (making it denser in the areas that moderate fearful emotions), but also reduces stress, depression, and possible chronic pain - all major players in overall health as well as anxiety.

Mindfulness helps people stop worrying and changing in their breathing, which helps them to enjoy healthy life more. All you have to do is focus on your breath.
